E-mail:Shane Batchelor joined the firm in 2008. Shane graduated from St. Pius X High School in 1991 and completed an Associates degree from Jefferson College in 1994.

In 1998, Shane decided to pursue an undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia with the intention of eventually obtaining a law degree. Shane received his degree in Agricultural Economics from Mizzou in May 2002. After being accepted at Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa, Shane began his pursuit of a law degree in June 2002 when he was accepted as a student in the Constitutional Law Seminar at Drake. Shane was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2005.

Shane began his legal career with a creditor’s rights and bankruptcy firm in St. Louis followed by three years of practice in Jefferson County.

Shane now focuses his legal practice in the areas of criminal defense and general civil litigation.

Shane is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Jefferson County Bar Association and the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. He is licensed to practice in all Missouri courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and serves as a member of the Advisory Board of Education at St. Pius X High School.
