Firm Profile

Breeze, Roberts, Ponder-Bates, Wooten & Zimmer's roots reach back over 50 years to the founding of the Pannell and Dodson Firm in Festus, which was joined by Kurt D. Breeze in the early 1970s. Mr. Breeze then joined with now Governor and Former Attorney General Jay Nixon and his father, Jeremiah, to form a new firm. They, in turn, brought in Kevin Roberts. In 1990, partners Kurt Breeze and Kevin Roberts merged the Firm with Robert Dodson and his partner to form the existing Firm and establish the two present operating locations in Festus and Hillsboro.

Since the formation of Breeze, Roberts, Ponder-Bates, Wooten & Zimmer, the practice has expanded to its existing size and personnel, and maintains two offices with full staff and technological facilities to handle thousands of satisfied clients in the broadest range of professional services available in the community.
