Kevin, a partner since 1985, graduated in 1978 with a B.S. from South Dakota State University. He then received his J.D. from the University of Missouri in 1981. Kevin was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1981 and the South Dakota Bar in 1983. He is also admitted to practice before all Federal Courts in Missouri, the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

Kevin began his legal career after graduation as a law clerk to the Honorable John K. Regan in the United States District Court in St. Louis. He then worked for a short time at Brown, James & Rabbitt in St. Louis before moving his practice to Jefferson County.

Kevin joined our firm in 1985, where he focuses his legal practice in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, criminal defense, insurance claims and all types of general civil litigation.

Kevin is a member of the Missouri Bar, Jefferson County Bar, State Bar of South Dakota, American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and the National Association and Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.

Kevin serves on the Board of Directors for Legal Services of Eastern Missouri and the Jefferson County YMCA. He served as President of the Board of Education for the Hillsboro R-3 School District until 2008. Kevin is very active in many local organizations, including the Hillsboro Community Civic Club.
