Charlie, a partner since 2008, graduated in 1998 with a B.A. from Culver-Stockton College in Canton, Missouri. Charlie received his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia Law School in 2001. Charlie was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2001, as well as the United States District Court in 2001.

Charlie began his legal career in private practice in Jefferson City, Missouri, following a move to the St. Louis area, Charlie worked in the practice area of insurance defense at a downtown St. Louis law firm.

Charlie joined our law firm in 2004, where he focuses his legal practice in the areas of workers’ compensation, employment law, personal injury, social security disability, medical malpractice, wrongful death and general practice.

Charlie served as Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Crystal City from 2004-2007.

Charlie has been a guest speaker and lecturer for various civil organizations and educational programs, serving as an Adjunct Professor at St. Louis Community College and guest lecturer at Jefferson College at various times.

Charlie is a member of the Missouri Bar, Jefferson County Bar Association, Jefferson County Young Lawyers Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, BAMSL Workers’ Compensation Committee, Missouri Bar Workers’ Compensation Committee and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, American Association for Justice, Hillsboro Community Civic Club and Festus/Crystal City Rotary Club.
